FRIDAY WATER The gorge of Mount Subasio Simple path along the river Tescio whose water has crossed the mountain by digging a beautiful and deep ravi-ne. Departing 9.00 from the Assisi’s car park

SATURDAY FORESTS AND FIELDS walking on the top of Mount Subasio, between trees, doline and enjoing the refreshing climate of mountains. Departing at 9.00am from the Assisi’s car park (Piazza Matteotti) and returning at 13.30pm. Difficulty: Medium-Easy Price €10

SUNDAY HIKING AND ARCHAEOLOGY The old aque-duct A very attractive offering for landscapes and the historic and archaeological value, it traces the ancient Roman aqueduct that will take us to Spello Collepino and vice versa. Backdrop to the walk and the remains of the small valleys of the area. Depar-ting at 9.00 from Spello P.zza della Repubblica (Piazza Comune) and returning at 13:00, diff. Easy. Cost € 10

MONDAY CYCLING Pedaling in the valley A simple pedal (flat) for crossing the Umbrian valley, and enjoy the view of Subasio, Spello, Assisi, between fields, sta-bles, towers and olives trees. Visit Cannara typical Umbrian medieval town. Departing 9:00 am from ssisi trai station (S.Maria degli Angeli)and returning 13.00 pm Difficulty: easy (20 km) Cost € 15 (including bike rental), € 10 Excluding rent a bike
