The Agritourism "Le Due Torri", located in a central position with respect to the most beautiful towns of Umbria (just 12 Km from Assisi), is the ideal place for finding relaxation and genuine farm products.The buildings are part of a 150 hectares organic farm at the foothills of Spello, in which: grapes, olives, cereals, sunflowers and hay are produced, following the organic and bio-dynamic methods of farming.Three of the 6 stone farm-houses included in the property, dating back to the 18th century and once inhabited by share-cropper families, have been restructured to accomodate clients, while the others are still used for farm activities, including a stable for cattle of the ancient and prized Chianina breed and a protected area for bees.Torre Quadrano and Rocca Deli, the "Two Towers" used for land supervision in medieval times, will take you back a thousand years in Umbrian history, and invite you to discover our wonderful region.At the Due Torri we offer hospitality in rooms or mini-apartments. For your enjoyment, there are two private pools, a playground for children, a ping-pong table, calcio balilla, country bikes and mountain bikes, a bocce field and an extensive garden area for relaxing.Our restaurant is open only to guests, allowing you to taste our own produce and regional specialties, prepared in the traditional Umbrian way.In the summer we also offer farm visits, to introduce you and your children to farm animals and activities; guided oil tasting in our stone mill, to discover the fragrance of extra-virgin olive oil; and cooking classes and lessons on the most typical products of our territory.The Agritourism "Le Due Torri", also hosts school students for farm activities during winter and spring.
